How much do lessons cost?
Lessons are $30 per half hour and scheduled in half hour and full hour increments on a monthly basis.
How does payment work?
We automatically charge your account on the first of each month.
What if I don’t know what teacher to register with?
We are here to help! Simply fill out the Private Lesson Inquiry form and we will be in touch with you to find the perfect match for you.
What if I am not ready for a full semester commitment to lessons?
Do you offer makeup lessons?
Make-ups are not provided. Exceptions will be made at the teacher’s discretion. We understand that things happen. In order to make everything run as smoothly as possible, we ask that if, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, you let your instructor and Compass office know as soon as possible. Students pay tuition for the instructor’s time, not the actual lesson.
How do I apply for a scholarship?

Are there performance opportunities?
Yes! We offer an ongoing monthly Youth Open Mic and an end of semester Showcase for students to share what they’ve been working on in their lessons.
